It is important to note that not all races will be accepted in every sim/realm.
If you have questions about how your character may fit in, please contact the sim or realm admins.

3. Advanced Races - Draconic
Dragonkin have the natural ability to use Tongues spell. That allows them to speak and understand any language but does NOT allow them to actually Learn that language for future use, they do NOT retain the language.
This does NOT include Draken ,Drake or Wyverns
Malakyte Thorne is the Dragon Regent, and holds the RoE for Dragons within the Great Alliance.
Please contact her for more information if you intend to play any of the dragon-kin races.
IMPORTANT:
All dragonkin are allowed to use a Bite as their weapon.
--Balrog
Half demon, half dragon. Balrogs are described as tall and menacing with the ability to shroud themselves in fire, darkness, and shadow. They frequently appear armed with fiery whips "of many thongs" and occasionally use long swords. Can use any melee weapon.
--Dragons
Upon occasion, due to lag, one may be asked to switch to biped form. For instance, in the event the avatar you are wearing exceeds the ARC set for a battle, but you are still chosen to fill that role on the Field of Battle, please switch to your Biped form.
Dragons are allowed full use of Claws and Breath Weapons. They are also allowed to use whatever spells they may posses if they are a caster. As always, this is set by your Guild training. However, note that spells can only be cast when on the Ground or during Air To Air Combat.
Full Scale Dragons (in Dragon form) are not allowed hand-held weapons or Artifacts, but those are allowed if the Dragon is in Biped form.
Bipedal Dragons are still allowed Breath Weapon and they can choose to use Claws instead of another hand-held weapon.
Age is determined not by RP and dictation, but by how long a player has been consistently role-playing a dragon in SL.
(We do upon occasion have to recognize the die-hard SL player *smile*)
--Drakes and Wyverns
Drakes are young dragons. Wyverns are essentially dragons whose forearms are merged with their wings.
Both can use Breath Weapons and Celtic Dragon Claws.
Both of these Races fly and cannot use bows.
--Draken
Half Dragons. Some have wings and those that do can fly. (Flying Rules Apply.)
They have half of the abilities of a Dragon. (Contact Dragon Regent for more information.)
--Planar Dragons and Aquatic Dragons
These are types of Dragons, but use Meta as the selected race on the meter, instead of Dragon.
However, they still take up a Dragon slot on the Battlefield.
They can use Breath Weapons and Claws as per their Age Category.
If you have questions about how your character may fit in, please contact the sim or realm admins.
